AISE understands how important your personal information is to you. We are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. We are dedicated to maintaining your trust and protecting your personal information with the following principles: Accountability, explicit purposes, choice and consent, limited collection, security safeguards, individual access, and openness and transparency. AISE also promises to take appropriate security measures in accordance with advanced industry standards to protect your personal information. 

While editing photos, you will use facial data. Facial data is mainly used to identify the positions of faces and facial features in a photo for the image processing purpose of portrait editing and lighting. Facial data will only be used on your device. We will not collect or store it.


I. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
Personal information refers to all information recorded electronically or otherwise, that can identify or reflect the activities of a natural person, either alone or combined with other information. 
AISE will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes: 
A. Business Function 1: Editing and beautifying. 
i. This product can be used without registration. When you make a network data request (for example, downloading elements or connecting to iCloud to download or upload photos), we may need to collect your device ID, IDFA, device model, local language, and time zone information to determine the device you are using.
ii. You may need to grant permission for: 
Album permissions: Access and storage of photos 
Network permissions: Downloading elements and iCloud photos 
B. Business Function 2: Feedback. When you send us feedback or make inquiries through the product, we may need to collect your device ID, IDFA, device model, local language, and time zone information to understand your phone’s condition to provide targeted solutions for crashes, lags, display irregularities, and other bugs. 
In order to contact you and help solve your problem, you must provide your e-mail address. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide responses and results on time. 
C. Business Function 3: In-app purchases. After you purchase the AISE VIP service, we will collect corresponding order information such as serial order number, device ID, transaction ID, order type, payment method, payment status, order title, order amount, payment currency, order creation time, order payment time, whether the order was official, user ID, and local language. 
D. Business Function 4: Security features. We may collect your device ID, IDFA,IP address, device model, and operational logging information to analyze product troubleshooting. 
E. Business Function 5: Receiving product, service, marketing, or survey information. To better inform you about AISE products and related services, we may promote products, services, marketing information, or conduct surveys within our products. The survey may require your WeChat ID, cellphone number, e-mail address, or QQ to collect comments or provide feedback for past suggestions. 

II. Share, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Your Personal Information
A. Sharing 
We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, and individuals outside of Chengdu PinGuo Technology Co. Ltd. (PinGuo), except for the following situations: 
i. Sharing after explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent. 
ii. We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, to resolve litigation disputes, or as required by law by the government or judicial authorities. 
iii. We may share your personal information with third parties to protect PinGuo and its users or public interest, property, and safety to the extent required or permitted by law. 
iv. Sharing with our affiliated companies: Your personal information may be shared with affiliates of Chengdu PinGuo Technology Co. Ltd. Only necessary personal information will be shared for purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliated company’s purpose for processing personal information changes, we will seek your authorization. 
Our affiliated companies include: Beijing PinGuo Technology Co. Ltd. and Chengdu Jiapin ZHIYUN Technology Co. Ltd. 
v. Sharing with authorized partners: Some services will be provided by authorized partners only for the purposes stated in this Policy. We may share some of your personal information with our partners to ensure service can be completed and to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. Additionally, only personal information necessary for providing services will be shared. Our partners are not authorized to use personal information for any other purposes. 

At present, we have one type of authorized partners: 
Technical support partners. To complete corresponding functions, we receive technical support from third-party software development kits (SDKs). For example, to help us understand product user distribution statistics and conduct data analysis, we may provide the types of personal information listed below to these partners. AISE may choose to work with a portion of these partners or change partners from time to time. Therefore, listed partners are subject to adjustments.

B. Transferring 
We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, and individuals, except for the following situations: 
i. Transferring after explicit consent: We will transfer your personal information upon receiving your explicit consent. 
ii. If personal information is transferred during mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidations, we will request the new company or organization holding your information to continue following this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will request the company or organization to ask for your consent again. 

C. Public Disclosure 
We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following situations: 
i. Upon obtaining your explicit consent; 
ii. Legal disclosures: We may publicly disclose your personal information as required by laws, legal procedures, litigations, or government authorities. 

D. Exceptions 
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we may collect, share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information without obtaining your consent in the following situations: 
i. Situations directly related to national interests, such as national security and defense; 
ii. Situations directly related to important public interests, such as public safety, health, and knowledge; 
iii. Situations directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, and sentence enforcement; 
iv. Situations where it is difficult to obtain your consent but the purpose is to protect your or other individuals’ important legitimate interests, such as lives, properties, reputations, etc.; 
v. Situations where it is necessary to sign and fulfill contracts per your requirements; 
vi. Situations where it is necessary to maintain a safe and stable product or service operation, such as identifying and disposing of malfunctioning products or services; 
vii. Situations where it is necessary to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest. When research results or its descriptions are provided to the public, the personal information within it is de-identified; 
viii. Situations where personal information is collected from legal public disclosures, such as legal news reports, public government information, etc.; 
ix. And other situations as regulated by laws and regulations.

III. Protecting Your Personal Information
A. We have used safety protection safeguards that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, and loss. We take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example, the data exchange between your browser and the service (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption; we provide HTTPS secure access for products’ supporting web services; we apply trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious data attacks; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure only authorized personnel can access personal information, and we organize security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen employees’ awareness on the importance of personal information protection. 
B. The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Since e-mail, instant messaging, and communication with other AISE users are not encrypted, we strongly advise you not to send any personal information through such means. Please use a complex password to help us keep your account safe. 
C. The Internet is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure and guarantee the security of any information you send us. 
D. In case of personal information security incidents, we will promptly inform you as required by laws and regulations regarding the situation and the possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions to prevent and reduce risks on your own, corrective measures, etc. We will promptly notify you of such incidents by e-mail, phone, push notification, etc. When it becomes difficult to inform matters relevant to the personal information individually, we will make an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. Furthermore, we will take the initiative to report the handling of personal information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.

IV. Your Rights
In accordance with China’s relevant laws, regulations, and standards, along with established practices of other countries and regions, we guarantee the following rights regarding your personal information: 
A. Deleting your personal information 
i. In the following situations, you may request us to delete your personal information through the contact information stated in section IX of this Policy: 
(1) We violated laws and regulations when handling personal information; 
(2) We collected and used your personal information without your consent; 
(3) Other situations concerning laws and regulations. 
ii. If we decide to respond to your request to delete information, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request that they delete the information promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or if these entities have obtained your independent authorization. We may not delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately when you delete information from our services, however, it will be deleted when the backup is updated.

B. Withdrawing your authorization 
If you want to modify the authorization of relevant permissions (for example, regarding albums or network), you can change it on your hardware through [Settings] - [AISE].

However, please understand and acknowledge that related features will become unavailable after you withdraw your authorization. We cannot continue to provide specific features and services related to the authorization you have withdrawn. Your decision to withdraw will not affect personal information previously processed with your authorization. 

C. Limiting automatic decision-making by information systems
For some business functions, we may make decisions based solely on artificial, automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legal rights, you have the right to request an explanation from us. We will also provide appropriate solutions and remedies.

D. Responding to the aforementioned requests 
i. For security purposes, you may be required to confirm your identity through a written request or other methods. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 15 days. 
ii. In principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests. But for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a fee as appropriate. We may deny requests that are unwarranted and repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, require developing a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical (for example, requesting backup information to be stored on tape). 
iii. In the following situations, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations: 
(1) Directly related to national security and defense; 
(2) Directly related to public safety, health, and interests; 
(3) Directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, and sentence enforcement; 
(4) Where there is sufficient evidence you have been subjectively malicious or abused your rights; 
(5) When responding to your request will seriously damage your legitimate rights and interests or the rights of other individuals and organizations; 
(6) Where trade secrets are involved.

V. Processing Information from Minors
A. Our products, websites, and services are primarily for adults. Minors are not allowed to create accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please read this Policy together with your guardian. Acquire explicit consent from your guardian before using our services and providing us with your personal information. 
B. When the minor’s parents have consented to the collection of personal information, we will only use or publicly disclose information when it is permitted by law, agreed upon by the parents or guardians explicitly, or if it is necessary for protecting the minor. 
C. If your guardian does not allow you to use our services or provide personal information in accordance with this Policy, please immediately terminate the use of our services and promptly notify us.

VI. Storing Personal Information
Storage location: In accordance with laws and regulations, we will store personal information collected in the People’s Republic of China within the country.
Storage period: We promise to store your personal information within the minimum period necessary as required by law or to achieve our products’ functions and services. For personal information exceeding that period, we will immediately delete or anonymize it, except when you exercise your right to delete information or when otherwise required by law.

VII. Applicable Laws and Jurisdictions
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes concerning this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the defendant’s court.

VIII. Policy Updates
A. Our Privacy Policy may be modified or changed. We will not diminish your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post Policy modifications on this page. For major changes, we will notify you through e-mails, phone calls, notifications, etc. 
B. Major changes of this Policy include but are not limited to: 
i. The purpose of our processing of personal information, the types of information processed, and how it is used; 
ii. Significant changes to your rights to participate in personal information processing and how it is exercised; 
iii. When the personal information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk.
